Cancellation and Refund policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, without providing any reason.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted; however, payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
As payments are processed via Razorpay, a deduction of 2% transaction fee + 18% GST on the transaction fee will apply.
Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Returns & Refunds (Damaged Products Only)
We accept returns only in the case of damaged products.
An unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for a refund.
The video must be continuous, clear, and recorded from the moment the package is opened.
Requests without an unboxing video will not be considered.
Once the damage is verified, the refund will be processed within 24 hours of approval.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order, please share an unboxing video.
After verification, we will issue a refund for the missing item only(eg: additional accessories).
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Personalized or custom-made products
Resin preservation orders (varmala, kaleera, florals, etc.)
Orders without a valid unboxing video
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling
We conduct multiple quality checks before dispatch, so returns are accepted strictly under the above conditions.
Important Notes:
Please check the package at the time of delivery and avoid accepting visibly damaged packages.
We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges.
